These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of https://remolity.com/ and related services operated by Remolity, Inc. (“Remolity,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing or using Remolity, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use the platform.
1. About Remolity
Remolity is a platform for discovering remote jobs and professional opportunities.
Opportunities displayed through Remolity may include:
- full-time employment;
- part-time employment;
- contractor opportunities;
- freelance and project work;
- AI training projects;
- expert opportunities;
- advisory opportunities;
- consulting engagements;
- paid research;
- professional networks;
- referral opportunities; and
- other professional opportunities.
Remolity also provides services to employers, recruiters, professional networks, and other organizations.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, Remolity is not the employer offering an opportunity and does not make the final hiring decision.
2. Candidate Access Is Free
Remolity is committed to keeping its core candidate experience free.
Candidates are not charged by Remolity to:
- browse jobs;
- discover professional opportunities;
- view job information;
- access Special Referral opportunities;
- save opportunities where the feature is available;
- compare opportunities where the feature is available; or
- follow an application link to an employer or partner.
Employers, recruiters, and business partners may pay Remolity for promotional, referral, recruitment, hiring, or visibility services.
Candidate access to an opportunity does not become paid merely because the employer has purchased a Remolity service.
3. Remolity Does Not Collect Candidate CVs
Remolity does not operate a candidate CV collection system as part of its standard application flow.
Candidates submit their CVs and application materials directly to the relevant:
- employer;
- hiring organization;
- applicant tracking system;
- expert network;
- research platform;
- recruitment platform; or
- other partner.
When you click an Apply, Join, Accept Invitation, Special Referral, or similar button, you may be redirected to the relevant third-party application destination.
Your:
- CV;
- resume;
- application answers;
- portfolio;
- identity information;
- screening responses;
- employment history; and
- other application materials
are provided directly to that organization.
Remolity does not automatically receive those materials.
4. Special Referral
Certain opportunities on Remolity are identified as Special Referral opportunities.
A Special Referral is an enhanced referral or application route made available through Remolity's direct relationship, partnership, referral arrangement, commercial agreement, or other cooperation with the relevant employer or partner.
Special Referral significantly increases the acceptance rate of applications compared with ordinary application routes available outside the relevant referral relationship.
This advantage may result from arrangements including:
- enhanced application visibility;
- direct referral attribution;
- preferred application routing;
- prioritized processing;
- faster application review;
- partner-specific referral channels; or
- other preferential application treatment agreed between Remolity and the relevant partner.
The exact improvement in acceptance rates, historical conversion data, partner-specific performance metrics, referral formulas, and commercial arrangements are confidential and are not publicly disclosed.
For purposes of these Terms, references to increased acceptance rates concern the likelihood that an application is accepted into, receives consideration within, or progresses through an employer or partner's application or selection process.
They do not mean that a candidate is guaranteed employment or a final offer.
5. No Individual Outcome Is Guaranteed
Although Special Referral significantly increases application acceptance rates through Remolity's applicable partner referral channels, individual results vary.
A Special Referral does not guarantee:
- an interview;
- a screening invitation;
- project allocation;
- acceptance into every program;
- employment;
- a contract;
- a particular compensation rate;
- continued work; or
- a job offer.
Individual outcomes may depend on:
- candidate qualifications;
- experience;
- skills;
- location;
- availability;
- application quality;
- employer requirements;
- project availability;
- timing;
- screening performance; and
- other employer or partner criteria.
Final decisions remain entirely with the relevant employer or partner.
6. Referral Performance Information
Where Remolity states that a Special Referral:
- significantly increases acceptance rates;
- increases application visibility;
- facilitates faster review;
- improves application routing; or
- provides other application advantages,
those statements may be based on:
- Remolity's agreements with partners;
- referral arrangements;
- operational processes;
- partner-provided information;
- confidential performance information; or
- observed referral-channel performance.
Exact performance figures may not be disclosed because of contractual, confidentiality, commercial, or partner restrictions.
The absence of publicly disclosed numerical data does not mean that every candidate will experience the same level of improvement.
7. Employer and Partner Control
Employers and partners remain responsible for decisions relating to:
- eligibility;
- screening;
- assessment;
- interviews;
- hiring;
- rejection;
- compensation;
- onboarding;
- project allocation;
- work conditions; and
- termination.
Remolity does not override employer requirements merely because an application uses a Special Referral.
8. Job and Opportunity Information
Remolity aims to present opportunities accurately and clearly.
Information may originate from:
- employers;
- recruiting organizations;
- official career pages;
- partner platforms;
- referral programs; or
- other authorized sources.
Remolity may reorganize, summarize, normalize, or format information for readability while attempting to preserve its substantive meaning.
Information may include:
- job title;
- employer;
- compensation;
- employment type;
- skills;
- location;
- geographic eligibility;
- work schedule;
- experience requirements;
- benefits;
- number of openings;
- posting dates; and
- application requirements.
Employers may change this information without notice.
Candidates should confirm material terms directly with the employer before accepting an opportunity.
9. Unknown or Unconfirmed Information
Where reliable information is unavailable, Remolity may display a field as:
- Not provided;
- Not specified;
- Needs confirmation;
- Eligibility not specified;
- Verify with employer; or
- similar language.
Remolity does not guarantee that every listing will contain complete information.
The absence of information should not be interpreted as confirmation of a particular policy or benefit.
10. External Applications
Remolity generally does not process candidate applications itself.
Applications may be handled by a third party.
Once you leave Remolity, the relevant third party's:
- terms;
- privacy policy;
- application rules;
- eligibility requirements; and
- data-processing practices
apply.
Remolity is not responsible for third-party application systems or for decisions made through them.
11. Featured Jobs
Some employers may purchase additional visibility through Remolity.
Such listings may be identified as:
- Featured;
- Featured Job;
- Featured Hiring;
- Sponsored;
- promoted; or
- similar designations.
Featured status indicates enhanced placement or promotional visibility.
It does not mean that:
- Remolity guarantees the employer;
- Remolity guarantees the job;
- every statement has been independently verified;
- candidates are more likely to be hired;
- the listing is objectively better than another opportunity; or
- Remolity recommends the opportunity for every candidate.
12. Remolity Featured Hiring
Remolity may offer an employer subscription known as Remolity Featured Hiring.
Featured Hiring may provide benefits including:
- one or more active featured job placements;
- priority visibility;
- enhanced placement across Remolity discovery surfaces;
- employer branding;
- direct application routing;
- promotional placement; and
- other benefits disclosed at purchase.
The exact benefits, price, billing period, and usage limits presented at checkout form part of the applicable purchase.
13. Recurring Employer Subscriptions
Certain employer products may be offered on a recurring basis.
By purchasing a recurring subscription, the customer authorizes Remolity or its payment processor to charge the applicable recurring fee according to the billing interval displayed at checkout.
Subscriptions may automatically renew until cancelled.
Cancellation normally prevents the next renewal and does not retroactively cancel a billing period that has already begun, unless required by law or expressly stated otherwise.
Remolity may change subscription prices or benefits prospectively, subject to notice where required.
14. Payments
Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers, including Stripe.
Customers agree to provide accurate billing information and authorize applicable charges.
Payment processing may also be subject to the payment processor's own terms.
Remolity may suspend paid services where:
- payment fails;
- a payment method becomes invalid;
- a charge is reversed;
- fraudulent activity is suspected; or
- an account is materially overdue.
15. Refunds
Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase or required by applicable law, payments for promotional services, Featured Hiring, referral campaigns, and other employer services are generally not refundable after the applicable service period has begun.
If Remolity fails to provide a purchased service because of an error attributable to Remolity, we may provide:
- service credit;
- an extension;
- replacement placement; or
- another appropriate remedy.
Nothing in this section limits mandatory rights that cannot legally be excluded.
16. Employer Responsibilities
Employers, recruiters, and organizations submitting opportunities to Remolity represent that they have authority to publish those opportunities.
They are responsible for ensuring that their listings are:
- genuine;
- accurate;
- lawful;
- authorized;
- current; and
- not intentionally misleading.
Employers must not knowingly submit:
- fraudulent jobs;
- nonexistent vacancies;
- unlawful opportunities;
- misleading compensation claims;
- impersonated companies;
- deceptive application processes; or
- opportunities designed primarily to obtain candidate information improperly.
17. Listing Review and Removal
Remolity may review, edit, reject, suspend, expire, or remove listings where we reasonably believe they are:
- inaccurate;
- expired;
- fraudulent;
- misleading;
- harmful;
- unauthorized;
- unlawful;
- technically defective; or
- inconsistent with Remolity's platform standards.
Remolity is not required to publish every submitted opportunity.
18. Referral and Commercial Relationships
Remolity may receive compensation from employers, platforms, recruiters, or other partners.
Compensation may relate to:
- subscriptions;
- featured placements;
- referral conversions;
- applicant acquisition;
- successful referrals;
- promotional campaigns;
- hiring campaigns;
- sourcing services;
- employer branding;
- traffic generation; or
- other commercial arrangements.
Such compensation does not require candidates to pay Remolity to access an opportunity.
Commercial relationships do not give Remolity authority to make an employer's final hiring decisions unless explicitly agreed for a separate service.
19. Candidate Responsibilities
Candidates are responsible for:
- providing truthful information to employers;
- evaluating whether an opportunity is appropriate;
- verifying eligibility requirements;
- confirming work authorization;
- confirming compensation;
- reviewing employment or contractor terms;
- evaluating external employers and platforms;
- protecting account credentials where applicable; and
- conducting reasonable diligence before accepting an opportunity.
Candidates should never rely solely on a Remolity listing when deciding whether to enter into an employment or contractual relationship.
20. Acceptable Use
You may not use Remolity to:
- commit fraud;
- impersonate another person or organization;
- submit false opportunities;
- manipulate referral systems;
- interfere with platform security;
- distribute malware;
- attempt unauthorized access;
- circumvent technical protections;
- use automated systems in a manner that materially disrupts Remolity;
- harvest personal information unlawfully;
- infringe intellectual property rights;
- engage in unlawful discrimination;
- violate applicable law; or
- misuse employer or candidate information.
21. Saved Jobs and Personalization Features
Remolity may provide tools including:
- saved jobs;
- comparisons;
- Atlas exploration;
- work preferences;
- scenario simulations;
- recommendation explanations; and
- related discovery features.
Some functionality may use information stored locally in your browser.
Recommendations and comparisons are informational tools and are not guarantees that a candidate is eligible for, suited to, or likely to receive a particular opportunity.
22. AI and Automated Features
Remolity may use automated systems to assist with:
- organizing job information;
- categorizing opportunities;
- identifying related skills;
- generating summaries;
- explaining job relationships;
- improving discovery; or
- providing other platform features.
Automated outputs may contain errors.
Where material information affects your decision to apply, you should verify it against the employer's original listing.
Automated features do not replace an employer's screening or hiring process.
23. Intellectual Property
The Remolity platform and its original:
- software;
- interface;
- design;
- branding;
- text;
- graphics;
- product features; and
- other original content
are owned by Remolity, Inc. or its licensors, except where otherwise indicated.
Employer names, company logos, trademarks, job descriptions, and other third-party content remain the property of their respective owners.
Use of third-party branding on Remolity does not transfer ownership of those marks to Remolity.
24. Third-Party Services
Remolity may link to websites or platforms operated by third parties.
Remolity does not control those services and is not responsible for their:
- availability;
- security;
- content;
- privacy practices;
- application processes;
- payment practices;
- screening procedures;
- employment decisions; or
- contractual relationships.
A partnership, referral route, or external link does not make Remolity responsible for all actions of the third party.
25. No Employment Relationship
Use of Remolity does not create an:
- employment relationship;
- agency relationship;
- partnership;
- joint venture; or
- fiduciary relationship
between Remolity and a candidate.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, Remolity is not the employer for opportunities listed on the platform.
26. No Employment or Earnings Guarantee
Remolity does not guarantee that use of the platform will result in:
- employment;
- interviews;
- consulting engagements;
- expert projects;
- paid research invitations;
- contracts;
- project allocation;
- continued work; or
- minimum earnings.
Special Referral significantly increases application acceptance rates through applicable Remolity partner referral channels, but it does not guarantee an individual candidate's outcome.
27. Platform Availability
Remolity may:
- add features;
- remove features;
- modify interfaces;
- change services;
- suspend functionality;
- discontinue products; or
- remove opportunities
at any time.
We do not guarantee that every listing, referral link, employer, feature, or external application page will remain available indefinitely.
28. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Remolity is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
Remolity does not warrant that:
- every listing will be error-free;
- every employer will respond;
- every opportunity will remain available;
- every external website will function correctly;
- every recommendation will be suitable;
- every referral will result in acceptance; or
- the service will always operate without interruption.
Nothing on Remolity constitutes legal, tax, immigration, employment, financial, or other professional advice.
29. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Remolity, Inc. and its directors, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to:
- use of Remolity;

- missed employment opportunities;
- employer decisions;
- candidate decisions;
- third-party platforms;
- external applications;
- referral outcomes;
- loss of income;
- loss of data; or
- contractual relationships with third parties.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
30. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by applicable law, business customers and users who misuse Remolity agree to indemnify and hold harmless Remolity, Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, and affiliates from claims, liabilities, damages, costs, and reasonable expenses arising from:
- violation of these Terms;
- unlawful use of Remolity;
- fraudulent listings;
- infringement of third-party rights; or
- content submitted by that user or organization.
31. Suspension and Termination
Remolity may suspend or terminate access where we reasonably believe a user or organization:
- violated these Terms;
- engaged in fraud;
- abused a referral program;
- submitted fraudulent opportunities;
- created security risks;
- infringed third-party rights; or
- used Remolity unlawfully.
Users may stop using Remolity at any time.
Termination does not automatically eliminate outstanding payment obligations incurred before termination.
32. Changes to These Terms
Remolity may modify these Terms as the platform, products, partnerships, or legal requirements evolve.
The “Last Updated” date will indicate the most recent version.
Where appropriate or legally required, Remolity may provide additional notice of material changes.
Continued use of Remolity after updated Terms take effect constitutes acceptance of those Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
33. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is determined by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect to the maximum extent permitted by law.
34. No Waiver
Failure by Remolity to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision or of Remolity's right to enforce it later.
35. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with any applicable product-specific terms, checkout terms, Privacy Policy, or other agreements expressly incorporated into them, constitute the agreement governing your use of Remolity.
Additional commercial agreements may apply to employers or partners where separately executed.

These Terms and any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to:
- Remolity;
- these Terms;
- use of the platform;
- Remolity services; or
- related non-contractual obligations
shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong.
Subject to any mandatory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong in connection with disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or Remolity's services.
