Remolity, Inc. (“Remolity,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates https://remolity.com/ and related Remolity services.
Remolity is a remote job and professional opportunity platform that helps candidates discover employment opportunities, contractor projects, expert engagements, paid research opportunities, referral opportunities, and other professional opportunities offered by employers and partner organizations.
This Privacy Policy explains how Remolity collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you use our website and services.
1. Our Commitment to Candidates
Remolity is designed around a simple principle: candidates should be able to discover and access professional opportunities without being required to submit their CVs or resumes to Remolity.
Remolity does not collect, host, maintain, or store candidate CVs or resumes as part of our standard application process.
When you choose to apply for an opportunity through Remolity, including through a Special Referral, you are directed to the relevant employer, hiring organization, applicant tracking system, expert network, research platform, or partner website.
You submit your:
- CV or resume;
- application answers;
- portfolio;
- identification documents;
- work samples;
- employment information;
- screening responses; and
- other application materials
directly to that organization.
Remolity does not receive or store those materials merely because you discovered or accessed the opportunity through Remolity.
The employer or partner receiving your application processes your information according to its own privacy policy and terms.
Please do not send your CV or resume to Remolity by email unless Remolity expressly requests it for a separate service. If a CV or resume is sent to us unintentionally, we may delete it without treating it as an employment application.
2. Information We May Collect
Although Remolity does not collect candidate CVs through its standard application flow, we may process limited information necessary to operate the platform.
Website and device information
When you visit Remolity, we may receive information such as:
- IP address;
- browser type;
- operating system;
- device type;
- referring website;
- pages visited;

- interaction and performance information; and
- security and diagnostic information.
Information you voluntarily provide
If you contact Remolity, we may process information such as:
- your name;
- email address;
- company;
- message content;
- support requests; and
- any other information you voluntarily provide.
Candidate preferences
Remolity may provide features that allow candidates to:
- save jobs;
- compare opportunities;
- select work preferences;
- configure location preferences;
- select skills;
- explore different work scenarios; or
- personalize job discovery.
Some of this information may be stored locally in your browser or processed to provide the requested functionality.
Remolity does not require a candidate CV in order to provide these features.
Employer and business customer information
If you purchase or use employer services, we may process:
- business contact details;
- company information;
- job listing information;
- employer branding information;
- billing information;
- subscription status;
- promotional campaign information;
- referral program information; and
- communications with Remolity.
3. Special Referral Information
Certain opportunities on Remolity are marked Special Referral.
A Special Referral may use a dedicated referral URL, tracking identifier, attribution code, or partner-specific application route.
When you use a Special Referral, the destination employer or partner may receive information indicating that you arrived through Remolity or through a referral channel associated with Remolity.
Depending on our agreement with the relevant partner, Remolity may receive limited referral-performance information, such as:
- referral-link visits;
- onboarding initiations;
- application attribution;
- application-status events;
- referral conversions;
- aggregate acceptance information; or
- other limited campaign-performance information.
Receiving referral attribution does not mean Remolity receives your CV.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, candidate CVs and application materials remain with the employer or partner to which you submit them.
4. How We Use Information
Remolity may use information to:
- operate and maintain the platform;
- provide job and opportunity discovery;

5. Candidate Information Is Not Sold to Employers
Remolity does not sell candidate CVs, resumes, portfolios, or application files to employers.
Because Remolity does not collect CVs as part of its standard application flow, Remolity does not maintain a candidate-CV database for resale.
Remolity may receive compensation from employers and partners for services including:
- Featured Hiring;
- featured job placement;
- employer visibility;
- opportunity promotion;
- referral campaigns;
- Special Referral arrangements;
- hiring campaigns;
- candidate acquisition;

6. Applications Are Submitted Directly to Employers
When you select an Apply, Join, Accept Referral, Special Referral, or similar action, Remolity may redirect you to an external website.
Your subsequent interaction is governed by the terms and privacy practices of the relevant third party.
Remolity is not responsible for how an employer or partner subsequently collects, uses, stores, or shares information you provide directly to them.
We encourage users to review the privacy policy of the destination organization before providing personal information.
8. Analytics
Remolity may use analytics services to understand how visitors use the platform.
Analytics information may include:
- page views;
- referral sources;
- approximate location;
- device type;
- navigation patterns;

- campaign performance.
Where required by applicable law, Remolity may obtain consent before using non-essential analytics technologies.

Remolity generally does not need to receive or store complete payment-card numbers where payment information is processed directly by the payment provider.
Payment providers process information according to their own privacy policies and legal obligations.
10. Service Providers

11. Information Sharing
Remolity may share limited information:
With service providers

With employers or partners
Where necessary to operate referral attribution, promotional campaigns, or other services and where consistent with this Privacy Policy.

Remolity uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information against:
- unauthorized access;
