Terac is seeking US-based professionals actively employed in eligible corporate, technology, or executive roles at Aetna, CVS Caremark, CVS Health / CVS Corporate, or CVS Health Services for a paid research study.

Participants will answer questions about their professional experience, daily workflows, team collaboration, and the tools they use. The live invitation describes a remote, AI-moderated voice and video interview on large healthcare enterprise workflows.

Scope of Work

• Answer questions about your professional experience and typical daily responsibilities.

What you’ll bring

• Must be located in the United States and 18 years of age or older.
• Must be fluent in English.
• Must be currently employed and actively working.
• Current employer must be Aetna, CVS Caremark, CVS Health / CVS Corporate, or CVS Health Services.
• Primary function must be Sales, Marketing, Product, Technology / IT, Finance, Human Resources (HR), Legal, Operations, Leadership / Executive role, or Other Corporate/Professional Function.
• Current role must not be retail, front-line, patient-facing, pharmacy dispensing, maintenance, intern, contractor, customer service, or administrative support.

Contract & Payment Terms

• You will be engaged as an independent contractor for the research study. The eligibility exclusion for contractors concerns your current role at the listed healthcare businesses.
