Scope of Work

• Create realistic coding tasks involving feature implementation and bug fixes.

What you’ll bring

• Strong backend experience in Java, Node.js, Go, Rust, TypeScript, Python, C++ or similar.
• A track record building scalable services and APIs.
• Comfort with debugging, performance work and automated testing.

• A strong testing background: test strategy, maintaining large test suites, diagnosing flaky tests or improving team testing standards.
• Proven backend development experience delivering high-quality, performant projects.

• Experience refactoring codebases and implementing complex features in large-scale applications.
• Strong understanding of algorithms, data structures and foundational computer science.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and technical communication skills.
