About the role

Terac is seeking experienced QuickBooks users in accounting or sales roles to answer questions about their professional background and specific QuickBooks workflows.

Participation takes about 15 minutes. Eligible participants must have at least five years of professional experience in their primary field and at least three years of direct, hands-on QuickBooks experience.

Scope of Work

• Answer questions about your professional background and specific QuickBooks workflows in a session lasting about 15 minutes.

What you’ll bring

• Must be 18+ years old and fluent in English.
• Primary professional functional area must be Accounting, Bookkeeping, Sales, or Revenue Generation.
• For accounting roles, current or recent title must be Staff Accountant, Senior Accountant, Accounting Manager, Controller, Assistant Controller, Accounts Receivable Specialist, Accounts Payable Specialist, or Business Owner/Operator with direct accounting responsibilities.
• For sales roles, current or recent title must be Account Executive, Senior Account Executive, Account Manager, Customer Success Manager, Sales Manager, Sales Director, Head of Sales or VP of Sales, Sales Operations Manager, Revenue Operations Manager, or Business Owner/Operator with direct sales responsibilities.
• Must have 5 or more total years of professional experience in their primary field.
• Company size where they primarily use or used QuickBooks must be between 10 and 500 employees.
• Must personally log in and execute workflows in QuickBooks.
• Must have 3 or more years of direct, hands-on experience using QuickBooks.
• Must have personally used QuickBooks in a professional setting currently or within the past 12 months.
• Must personally perform workflows inside QuickBooks such as creating invoices, managing AR/AP, checking customer balances, bank feeds, posting journal entries, running payroll, or tracking sales pipeline.
