Special Referral gives your application an enhanced referral route, helping it stand out and potentially improving your chances of being considered.

About the role

We are looking for certified pharmacy technicians to help evaluate AI systems that support medication-related workflows. You will review AI-generated responses for accuracy, safety, clarity and completeness, and correct them using your hands-on pharmacy knowledge.

Scope of Work

  • Assess AI-generated answers on medication topics for clinical accuracy, patient safety, clarity and completeness, and note where evidence is lacking.
  • Fix wrong or incomplete answers and write structured notes explaining the correction.
  • Answer medication questions from the supplied patient context, reference material and labelling guidance.
  • Check pharmacy workflow steps such as sig codes, NDCs, days-supply calculations and insurance adjudication.
  • Escalate unclear clinical context, conflicting guidance or anything that could affect patient safety.
  • Apply project rubrics consistently and join calibration sessions.
  • Follow project guidelines, take part in calibration and review sessions, and incorporate feedback to keep quality consistent.

What you’ll bring

  • Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) or an equivalent registration in your country (to be confirmed).
  • 2+ years of experience in a retail, hospital or specialty pharmacy.
  • Strong understanding of medication safety, drug interactions and pharmacy best practice.
  • Clear written English.
  • Commitment to patient privacy and de-identification standards.
  • Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote setting.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior authorisation or specialty pharmacy experience.
  • Experience with pharmacy software (for example Epic Willow or PioneerRx).
  • AI evaluation, clinical content review or healthcare data annotation experience.

Benefits

Contract & Payment Terms

  • Work only with de-identified data. If you see real patient information, stop and report it immediately.

  • Do not use or disclose information belonging to your employer, your pharmacy or any patient.
  • All content you submit must be lawful, and you must have the right to share it.
  • Do not submit confidential or proprietary material belonging to an employer, client or third party, or personal data without a lawful basis.
  • Rex may verify identity, credentials, ownership and licensing; may reject or remove any submission; and may report unlawful submissions to the relevant authorities.
  • Engagement and payment are subject to successful verification and to applicable sanctions, export-control, tax and employment laws.
  • The contractor agreement will set out ownership and licence terms for the work you deliver (to be confirmed by Rex Legal).
