What You’ll Do: You will conduct outbound calls to prospective experts and introduce them to relevant paid research opportunities.

Scope of Work

• Call prospective experts to discuss paid research and AI training opportunities
• Explain project scopes, answer questions, and gauge candidate interest
• Guide qualified candidates through the initial onboarding steps
• Track call outcomes and maintain accurate records of your outreach efforts

What you’ll bring

• Prior experience in high-volume outreach, recruiting, or sales development
• Excellent verbal communication and relationship-building skills over the phone
• Comfortable speaking with technical experts and industry professionals
• Strong organizational skills to track and manage candidate pipelines
• Must be 18+ years old and located in the United States
• Must be fluent in English
• Must be able to maintain a consistent weekly work schedule for at least eight weeks
• Must have a quiet, private place to make calls, reliable high-speed internet, a computer, and a clear USB or wired headset
• Must be comfortable making outbound calls for several hours during a shift
• Must be comfortable having work calls recorded and reviewed for training and quality assurance
• Must have relevant phone, recruiting, sales, or customer-service experience

Schedule and availability

A consistent weekly schedule for at least eight weeks, with several hours of outbound calls per shift.

Contract & Payment Terms

• You will be engaged as an independent contractor.
• This is a fully remote opportunity that can be completed on your own schedule.
