About the role
Terac is running a paid trial to build a network of finance professionals in banking, accounting, FP&A, investing, corporate finance, fintech, and related roles who can design tasks that expose gaps in AI's financial reasoning.
Spend about 25 minutes describing a financial workflow you know well, including the tools and software you use and the time you spend on them. Turn it into a demanding prompt requiring real financial reasoning, test it in ChatGPT for failures, oversimplifications or risky advice, and refine the challenge. Write a clear grading rubric that someone else can use to evaluate an AI's attempt.
No prior AI training experience is required. Candidates who excel will be considered for future asynchronous finance projects at $110/hour. Terac describes an onboarding step after trial completion; the timing of future projects is not yet known. Share any prior AI training or rubric-design experience.
Scope of Work
- Pick a familiar workflow and convert it into a demanding AI prompt.
- Test your prompt in ChatGPT to find failure points, making it harder if the AI succeeds.
- Write a comprehensive rubric for grading the AI's performance.
- Share your screen, camera, and microphone while completing the task.
- Submit your prompt, failure notes, rubric, and the generated output file.
- Describe your financial background, workflow, and the tools and software you use.
What you’ll bring
- Deep familiarity with a specific professional or personal workflow.
- Ability to quickly evaluate the accuracy and quality of AI outputs.
- Access to a laptop or desktop computer and an active ChatGPT account.
- Comfortable being screen-recorded while thinking through complex tasks.
- Professional experience in finance, such as banking, accounting, FP&A, investing, corporate finance or fintech.
- Fluent in English and an active LinkedIn profile.
