About the role

micro1 is engaging AI Facial Data Collection Associates to contribute to an impactful AI project for a leading customer. In this role, you'll help train next-generation AI systems through high-quality, real-world input that shapes how models learn, reason, and perform.

No prior experience in AI is required. This engagement welcomes siblings to participate together, helping to provide diverse biometric data that strengthens the accuracy and capabilities of AI facial recognition systems.

Scope of Work

• Submit 30 high-quality, unedited selfies and 10 video recordings of yourself from the past 5 years.
• Remove possible filters and edits from pictures and videos taken in the last 5 years.
• Follow the instructions carefully.
• Report any issues and follow feedback to improve future submissions.

Preferred Qualifications

• Have clear selfies and videos ready to submit, captured with a smartphone or camera.
• Be able to follow instructions and pay attention to detail.
• Be comfortable working independently and reporting any issues if they arise.
• Both siblings must each submit their own separate application through this same process; onboarding cannot occur until both applications are completed.
