Why Remolity May Have Reached Out to You

Your expertise can be visible through your work, even before you submit a resume or apply for an opportunity.

Remolity connects professionals with remote projects and opportunities across our partner network. Scout’s discovery approach is designed to consider relevant public professional work beyond any single profile.

An invitation is a chance to explore a possible match. It does not confirm your eligibility, availability or project placement.

THE DISCOVERY APPROACHHow your public professional work may provide contextRead explanationClose explanation

Professional expertise is rarely contained within a single platform. Research papers, open-source contributions, technical discussions, industry publications, conference presentations and independent portfolios may offer relevant evidence of a person’s experience.

Scout’s intended approach may bring permitted public or properly authorized professional information into context to support human review of potential relevance. Similar names or profiles do not establish that records belong to the same person; identity and job-related claims need careful review.

These are examples of possible sources, not a list of active integrations or confirmation of what informed your invitation. Public visibility alone does not permit unrestricted collection, reuse or contact.

YOUR QUESTIONS, ANSWERED

A little context. Clear choices.

Open a question to read more.

Why did I receive an invitation?

An invitation may reflect an assessment that your professional background could be relevant to a partner opportunity, potentially informed by more than one public professional source. You do not necessarily need to have applied first.

This page cannot verify why a particular message was sent, which information was used, or whether it involved Scout. Contact support@remolity.com with the message concerned if you would like to ask about its source.

What kinds of information may be considered?

Job-relevant professional experience, public work, publications, skills, professional affiliations and documented contributions may provide context. Possible sources include research repositories, public professional profiles, technical communities and portfolios, where their use is permitted.

These examples do not imply that every source is currently connected or available for reuse. Professional relevance does not establish your interest in an opportunity or permission to contact you. Sensitive or protected characteristics must not be used to target or rank people.

Does Remolity access private social media accounts?

Scout’s intended discovery approach concerns permitted public or properly authorized professional information. It does not imply access to private accounts, private messages or restricted content, and it is not designed around unrelated personal or social activity.

Access restrictions, source terms and applicable privacy requirements still apply. Protected or paywalled material must not be accessed without appropriate authorization.

Does receiving an invitation guarantee a project?

No. An invitation is an opportunity to explore a possible match, not a selection decision or employment offer. Eligibility, assessments, compensation, selection and project availability depend on the relevant partner and opportunity.

Hiring decisions remain with people. Review the opportunity’s details and apply directly with the partner if you choose to continue.

Can I ask about my information or stop receiving outreach?

Yes. Contact support@remolity.com to ask about your information, request access, correction or deletion where applicable, object to processing, or request no further Scout outreach. Please identify the message or professional profile concerned so support can locate relevant records; identity verification may be needed for some requests.

Requests are handled through support and, where relevant, coordinated with the employer or workspace operator. A limited record may be retained to honor a no-contact request. Read our Privacy Policy for details.
